How do I onboard?

 

In order for AudienServe to be able to run ads on your behalf, there are a few steps that you need to follow in order for us to have the relevant permissions on each platform you'd like to use (Facebook, Google etc).  The below provides us with 'partner access' to your assets, to advertise and manage ads on your behalf; you maintain page and asset ownership, and can revoke our access at any time if you no longer want to use AudienServe.

For Facebook:

 

1. Go to business.facebook.com/settings.

2. Below 'Users', click 'Partners'.

3. Click 'Add' beneath 'Partner to share assets with'.

4. Select 'Give a partner access to your assets'.

5. Enter Tack Tech's business ID (577153792839652) and click Next.

6. On the left hand side ensure that you have given us permission for the specified Page, Instagram and Ad Account you'd like to run ads from individually by toggling 'ads' under 'task access', or 'full control' in the case of the ad account. If you would like to enable conversion tracking - please provide permission for us to use your tracking pixel by selecting it and toggling 'manage pixel'.

7. Click 'Save Changes'.

Shortly after this, TackBot 🤖, our friendly system user will be added to your ad account, and able to run ads on your behalf.

For Google:

 

1. Once you have provided your Google Ads account number, our automated manager will request access.

2. Go to your ads account (ads.google.com)

3. Go to 'Tools and Settings ', go to 'Access and Security '

4. Click 'Managers', and under 'Link Request', you will see the access request from our manager 'AudienServeBot'.

5. Approve the access request from our automated manager.
